皮膚科へ行ってきました

実に、１年ぶりだったそうで

お薬手帳みてびっくら！

去年の今頃・・・2020年４月ですか

新型コロナウイルス COVID-19 が現れて外出を減らす生活スタイルへ変化していきましたね

この頃は少し皮膚状態が悪くて、病院いけなくなる前に薬を補充したのを覚えてます。

その時の薬で１年もったってことは

コロナによる新しい生活様式、私のアトピーにはあまり悪い影響を与えなかったってことです。

もし、家の中に皮膚炎の原因がある場合

家の活動中心になったら悪化します

逆に、家の外に皮膚炎の原因がある場合は

ダメージが減るので悪化しにくくなると思います。

こんな風に、自分の皮膚状態と生活の変化をたまに考えてあげてください

そうすると、なんか見えてくるはずなので。
