掃除機、かけてますか？

私は毎日かけるタイプです

朝起きて、出かけるまでの間にやってます

そんな時間じゃ終わらないって？

逆にこの時間で終わらせるようにやってる感じです

土日とか時間に余裕ある時は

風呂場の換気扇とかもやったりしてます

家にいる時間、寝てる時間も含めるとわりと長いと思うので

皮膚がダメージを受けにくい環境にしたいと思っています🌝
