かゆい刺激を冷やす刺激で対処する

さて、今回は・・・

職場(オフィスワーク) でやってたケア方法

保冷剤を抱っこしながら仕事する

です！

複数の職場を転々としてますが、どこにでもあったのが

冷蔵庫

しかも、あんまり使われてないのが

冷凍庫

なので用意がしやすかったです

凍らせておいて、タオルで巻いたものを抱っこしながらデスクにいました

移動する時は持ち歩いてました

冷凍庫のスペースがあれば大きければ大きいほど長持ちします

私はダイソーで買った500g ハードタイプのを3つ冷凍庫に入れてローテしてました

長い日は10時間くらい勤務時間あったりもしたので・・・

この方法の不思議なところは

保冷剤を抱えているのに、冷やしていないところのかゆみもやわらぐところです

これは、アトピーおじさんの持論ですが

人間は刺激に反応してますけど

一度に反応できる刺激の数は決まっているのではないか、と

かゆみの刺激よりも、冷やされた刺激の方が優先的に反応している

そんな気がします。

逆に熱を与えるとどうなるか？と思うかもしれませんが

熱を与えることはオススメしません

かゆみ → 炎症 → 熱、というのが持論その２なので

熱を与えることは、かいているのと同じことをしている、そんな理解です🌝
